GLP1 Fitness Instructor

I'm so excited you are here.

I’m Claudia Dzina, Founder of Seventh Remedy...

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (backed by NCCA accreditation, one of the highest standards in the fitness industry). I’m also certified in corrective exercise, nutrition, and wellness coaching, and trained in both TRX Suspension Training and TRX for Pilates-inspired movement, and I hold an ISSA Pilates Instructor certification. My approach blends Pilates control with strength training, creating workouts that feel safe, effective, and empowering.

I’m a trainer who looks past the textbook answers. “Start slow and add a little cardio” might sound good in a manual, but it ignores what movement actually feels like for women living in larger bodies or on GLP-1 meds. Movement should feel possible, safe, and supportive, not just “slow.” My job is to translate theory into something real, doable, and dignified.

I created this space to meet the overlooked needs of women on GLP-1s. Walking, cycling, or even climbing stairs may sound “easy,” but they’re not always easy in practice. Public workouts can feel unsafe. Joints take on more stress. Even getting down to the floor can stir up frustration or shame. Skip these realities, and women are set up to quit before they even start.

My approach begins with assessment, then builds slow, steady strength from the foundation up. Programs are structured in levels so you always know where to begin and how to move forward.

What You Deserve From a Personal Trainer

You deserve to work with someone who sees the whole picture. Your body, your medication, your starting point, and your goals. That’s exactly why I started Seventh Remedy.

I saw a gap in the fitness industry. Very few (if any) programs speak exclusively to women using GLP-1 medications. Most trainers and gyms are trying to reach everyone at once, especially those who are not currently exercising. But you’re not just anyone, and you’re not at the beginning.

You’ve already made a major decision. Starting GLP-1s was a bold move. Even if an exercise routine wasn’t your first focus, you’re here now. Ready to feel better, stronger, and more in control of your body.

The Remedy Method doesn’t push intense workouts or chase weight loss. It teaches you how to move in a way that feels elegant, feminine, and strong.

It truly is an elevated approach to strength training that’s sophisticated, intentional, and grounded.

Your body is adjusting quickly, and your energy, appetite, and strength might feel unpredictable from one day to the next. You deserve guidance that’s built for that reality, not a one-size-fits-all workout.

I’d love to connect with you to learn how I can create a training experience that fits you.

Women on GLP-1s aren't an afterthought here. They’re the reason this exists.

Transparency matters

I haven’t taken a GLP-1 myself, but neither have most of the doctors who prescribe them.

My expertise is different. I don’t treat patients, I work exclusively with women taking GLP-1s to ensure their strength, habits, and confidence grow alongside the medication. That lens guides every detail of my training design.

The medication is powerful, but it is not the whole plan. What truly sustains progress is the blend of habit, strength, and self-trust.

The most effective plan isn’t the one that looks perfect on paper; it’s the one you can actually live with and enjoy for the long run.

The Remedy Method makes that possible.

    The Remedy for Good Scholarship

This scholarship is for women who are ready to invest in their health—but need a little support to make it happen. I offer a limited number of reduced-rate spots each quarter to help ease the financial burden that can come with GLP-1 medications and other medical costs.

This isn’t about proving you’re “struggling enough.” It’s about honesty, readiness, and showing up for yourself. If you’re motivated to make a change and just need a boost to get started, I’d love to hear your story.

A few things to know before applying:

    • This is a partial scholarship, not a free program.
    • Spaces are limited. If you’re not selected this round, you’re welcome to apply again in the future.
    • All info shared is confidential and read only by me.

Let’s find out if this is a fit for you.
